3. Payment & Booking

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours/ 3 days of the appointment may not be refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services at our discretion.

  • All personal information shared in sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our Services.

  • By engaging in our Services, you agree to our Disclaimer which explains the limitations of Tarot, Reiki, and intuitive practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Elizabeth Peralta is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • By using our Services, you release us from any claims related to decisions you make based on your session(s).
